Return Policy

Returns

• Item(s) must be unused and in original condition.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged or defective. 
• Item(s) must be returned in original packaging or at least a comparable box sufficient not to damage the item(s) during return shipping.
• We accept returns up to 14 business days after delivery.
• Once the item(s) has been received at Industry Mercantile, refunds will be processed back to the original form of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us as soon as possible at industrymercantile@gmail.com with your name and order number. 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If the item meets the conditions for a return, we suggest you go that route, and then re-order the item you want as a replacement.
